Generally, we request client to do a Pilot Project with us. It will give an idea to client about our methodology, process and communication ability. Our work speaks for itself and then we can move to mid or large size project.

The Pilot Project is can be a small module of a large size project, or an small project. Typical duration of Pilot Projects will be 3 to 4 weeks.

We will send you project status reports at regular interval as per the agreement with you. We will also do online demo of the work which has been completed, so you can have a look and provide your input for the same.

You can keep track of project plan, wireframes, milestones, code, bug status etc. through the login of our project management tool.

You can keep close watch on the project by having access to our project management tool. You will have the access to our Project management tool from day one, so you can keep track of all communication, documents and deliverables. The Project Manager will be your main point-of-contact and will work closely with you to have the delivery deadline intact.

We can come on-site as and when required. This might require for initial requirements analysis, and final implementation. In this scenario, we will work on-site at pre-defined rates.

PSSPL provides a pool of highly experienced IT professionals with a wide range of skills and technology expertise along with infrastructure dedicated to your projects. PSSPL can be integrated within the customer’s existing processes fully supporting design, development, quality assurance, version control, backup and recovery, thus operating as an efficient and seamless extension of the customer’s software development facilities.

Time and Material model: When the project scope, specification and implementation plans cannot be precisely defined at the outset or when requirements could change dynamically during the project,

Time & Materials model provides the flexibility of modulating the size and workload of the development team assigned to your project while optimizing time and costs. Under the Time & Materials option, PSSPL’s skilled resources and development work is billed at the end of every month based on the pre-negotiated and mutually agreed upon hourly rate. Hence, the total project cost is determined by the amount of time and resources expended.
Hybrid Model: Hybrid Business model is a combination of onsite and offshore development where your dedicated Project Manager / Team Leader will visit your office onsite for a pre-defined timeframe to understand your requirements and streamline the development process. S/He can also work from your office and manage our software development team in India during this exploratory contract period if required.

Fixed Cost, Fixed Scope model – Fixed Price model is suitable for projects with well-defined requirements and schedules. When your requirements are clearly specified with sufficient details, PSSPL estimates the project scope and complexity, and provides a project delivery schedule along with a fixed price proposal to complete the project Under this business model, PSSPL ensures delivery of the final product within a pre-scheduled time-frame, and the client pays a mutually agreed fixed price for the project implementation.

Rates will vary and it will depend on desired skillset, Project complexity, Project duration and Engagement model.
