This method of Outsourcing ensures total management of work where the control stays in your hands. The team will be working on your project, based at our location, but reports directly to you about their work.  

This mode is sometimes referred to as Resource Augmentation Mode also.

This mode is sometime referred to as Time and Material Mode (T & M Mode).

This method of Outsourcing frees you from all management aspects of the project and Prakash will ensure the complete and timely delivery of your system. Prakash will assign project management and resources as appropriate in order to fulfill the requirements of the project. This mode is generally referred to as Fixed Priced Projects.

The term ‘Right Outsourcing’ effectively means getting people with the correct skill set at the correct location to meet the exact business requirements. This involves resources working at the client’s location and/or offshore for specific tasks.
